This manual provides scripture, tradition, reason and experience to construct a practical theology of leadership formation in African American adolescent males. It addresses the contextualization of the mission of the Black church, tradition of social reform of the Black church, appropriation of theories of human development, and the plight of Black males in U.S. society.
