During the year of the Connectional Youth and Young Adult Conference, the Department seeks to compile a Comprehensive Resource which assists local churches in the celebration of Youth and Young Adult Week, in addition to helping them prepare participants for the Connectional Youth and Young Conference which is held every four years.  This Comprehensive Resource also contains valuable information concerning the conference, i.e., registration, events, necessary forms for participants, and much more.

This resource is designed to provide all who plan to attend CYYAC 2012, Making “IT” Essential, our denomination’s 20th National Youth and Young Adult Conference, with vital conference information. It is also designed to assist workers with youth and young adults, you in the trenches, with the spiritual preparation of your young disciples as they anticipate attending and participating in this awesome celebration.

Please take time to read the directions and rubrics for each section of this resource. We believe you will find it user-friendly. If there are questions that cause you to ponder, we encourage you to take time to pray for spiritual and intellectual enlightenment. God will amplify its meaning, and give you what you need.
